The hotel was modern, and we got a well-designed and new-fashioned room. It was in a particularly good location with an established natural history museum nearby. This venue was in a busy area. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was nice. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recomand.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and secure with the very friendly and helpful staff. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy road and tram line, thanks to the excellent window glazing. The hotel's location near the metro was also a major plus, making it convenient to explore the city.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the retail and architectural thrills at the futuristic MyZeil Shopping Mall. It was a treat for both the kids and adults, with plenty of restaurants, kids areas, and shops to keep everyone entertained. The location of the hotel, just opposite a tram station, made it easy to access the mall and other nearby attractions. Plus, the friendly staff and clean rooms made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Express - Frankfurt City - Westend! The hotel is perfectly situated just across the street from Messe Frankfurt, making it incredibly convenient for attending trade fairs. The reception staff, particularly Joanna, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service during our check-in process. The hotel, being new, was spotlessly clean and had modern and comfortable rooms. The facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed with the fast WIFI and the abundance of power sockets. Plus, the location was ideal, being centrally located and well connected to the train station. we highly recommend this hotel, especially for those visiting for trade fairs.
